Shipment costs

-Within the peninsula: FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €300 (total before VAT). €10 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Balearic Islands: FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €500 (total before VAT). €20 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Tenerife): FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €600 (total before VAT). €20 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Canary Islands (La Gomera, Fuerteventura, El Hierro and Lanzarote): FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €900 (total before VAT). €35 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Ceuta and Melilla: FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €900 (total before VAT). €35 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Portugal (excluding islands): FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €300 (total before VAT). €10 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Other member countries of the European Union (excluding Malta and Cyprus): FREE DELIVERY for purchases over €600 (total before VAT). €20 will be charged for delivery of purchases below this amount.

-Ask about other destinations.

Applicable PORT FEES AND TAXES are excluded.

In-store pickup

Any purchase may be picked up in our Madrid or Valencia stores for free if indicated previously in the delivery section of the order.

Once the order has been completed, there will be a maximum pickup time of 7 calendar days, with the option to increase the models or quantities of the order, but always maintaining the original start date. Changing or cancellation of models will not be possible once the order has been made.

Once the maximum pickup time has passed, the client will be informed of online payment and delivery options.

If the client cannot be contacted, the order will be cancelled.

Return policy

After the order has been received, merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days (from the date of receipt). In case of incident, contact us by e-mail at rebeldesshop@rebeldes.es indicating the receipt number, reference, brief description of the incident and, in case of defect, a photo of the product. We will be unable to process claims that do not meet these requirements.
